In this blog, we will tell you how to install OnePlus’ OxygenOS fully on RealMe and Oppo phones without requiring a custom ROM or going to root mode.
As you can see in our screenshot below, we just installed OxygenOS on our RealMe GT Neo 2 phone. All features like the icon pack, widget bar, and notification panel will be seen on the phone.

If your phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor, its animation will become similar to that on OnePlus phones.

Let’s see how.
Look and feel
The Google dialer and messages app will have OxygenOS icons similar to what you would see in a OnePlus device.

The notification panel on RealMe UI 2.0 looks as below.

The Settings look and feel are also similar to what you would see in OnePlus.

If the theme is installed properly, you will see a banner as shown below in the Settings > RealMe Lab.

The folder icon in the File Manager is also similar to the design of the OnePlus.

No custom lock screen has been put in the theme, so that live wallpaper stays functional.

We have also changed the fingerprint animation to the one similar to that in OnePlus Nord 2 – Pacman edition.

How to install the theme
#1 – Download the files

We have created OxygenOS themes for different phones. You have to download them based on the version you have on your phone. The download links are below:
- RealMe UI 2.0 & Color OS 11 (Fully working)
- RealMe UI 1.0 & Color OS 7 (Fully working)
- ColorOS 5 and Color OS 6 (Partially working)
You also need to install some apps to get the complete OnePlus look and feel. Download links for them are below:
#2 – Install the theme

Install the downloaded theme file and click on Try me.

After 5 minutes of applying the theme, you will get an error saying – “Oxygen OS 11 V3” Trial expired. You can remove this trial permanently by following another blog we published earlier. You can also watch the instructions on our video here:
#3 – Setup “Never Settle” widget

Open the OnePlus widget app we installed earlier.

Pinch-in on the home screen to show a Widget box setup UI as below. Remove the default widget on the home screen.

Go to the widget section. Scroll down to see the OnePlus widget options.
Drag and pick any widget of your choice.
#4 – Setup OnePlus wallpaper

Open the Google Wallpaper app you installed earlier.

Go to Live Wallpaper section and scroll down.

Choose any of the OnePlus OxygenOS Live Wallpaper.

Choose Apply and click on “Home & Lock screen”. And your live wallpaper is also properly set.

That’s it. You have installed OxygenOS look and feel, fully on your RealMe or Oppo phone.
How to remove the OxygenOS theme
If you want to remove the OxygenOS theme at any point, the process is straightforward.
Open Theme Store app. Go to Me tab > My resources. Choose the first default theme and click Apply.
